„Verum“ is Latin for truth – we have been putting this philosophy of transparency into practice since 2012 in Dusseldorf, Germany’s fashion capital. We’re an innovative and creative team with a passion for honest and exclusive natural cosmetics. We believe in creating products that are “naturally yours” and are convinced that naturalness is inherently beautiful. Our natural cosmetics are made with the utmost care using top-quality, rigorously controlled ingredients. Sustainability and social engagement are also at the heart of what we do. We work closely with the local work center for adults with disabilities in Dusseldorf, which handles the assembly and packaging for our advertising materials and products.

Environmental awareness is one our core values. That’s why we carefully review the production practices of our suppliers when purchasing raw materials to make sure we’re doing our part to promote fair and safe working conditions in the Third World. One of our suppliers heads the initiative Project Sheabutter in Burkina Faso, which provides support to women farmers in Africa—just one of many projects our suppliers are involved in and one reason we proudly do business with them.

Because vegan natural cosmetics are not limited to ingredients in our view, the exclusive packaging we have selected contains no animal products whatsoever. Our packs are sourced from sustainable forestry companies and are largely biodegradable.
