Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We calculate a flat rate of shipping costs of 5.00 EUR per order.
From an order value of 35.00 EUR or more we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

EU countries
Shipping fee: 7.00 EUR
From an order value of 69.00 EUR or more we deliver free of charge.

Shipping to non-EU countries
Shipping fee: 15.00 EUR
From an order value of 79.00 EUR or more we deliver free of charge.

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 2-3 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 3-6 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is from the second order onwards.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 5 days.
If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from
the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the
direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
