In the morning use the lotion, after cleaning to refresh and vitalise the skin. Tap well into the skin, so that the blood flow is stimulated. Subsequently, the cream should be massaged into slightly damp skin. Only a small amount is needed. If you would like to have a lighter consistency, place a pea-sized drop of the cream, as well as the milk onto the surface of the hands and mix. Distribute the mixture onto the skin.
