Cascade fermented concentrate 86.5% (water, lemons, figs, dates, walnuts, soya beans, onions, carrots, mung sprouts, coconuts, artichokes, chickpeas, millet, celery, pomegranates, olive leaves), orange juice concentrate, magnesium citrate, glycerine (vegetable), acerola extract, zinc gluconate, natural orange flavouring, nicotinamide, curcuma, vanilla extract, calcium D-pantothenate, manganese sulphate, thiamine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, Lactobacillus paracasei 0.005%, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 0.004%, Lactobacillus acidophilus 0.0025%, cyanocobalamin, chromium(III) chloride, sodium selenate.

Take 10 ml (equivalent to ½ measuring cup) undiluted in the morning and evening, hold in the mouth for a while before swallowing.
In case of gastrointestinal sensitivity, drink diluted in a glass of water or juice after a meal.
